THE SUN: The Sun inevitably shines to protect the entire PNP Organization.

PNP SHIELD: Represents the authority and function of the entire PNP organization in order to continuously perform its Mission and positively attain the vision.

THE FIVE (5) WHITE DOVES: In the emblem, it has five (5) white Doves that depicts and symbolizes the five (5) Pillars of Criminal Justice System, which are all material in the course of protecting the system that is in mutual purpose of ensuring peace in the Region.

POLICE REGIONAL OFFICE 13: Denotes the name of the region. It is composed of Five (5) Police Provincial Offices and One (1) City Police Office.

“WE SERVE AND PROTECT”: Derive from the PNP Motto.

CAMP RAFAEL C RODRIGUEZ: Colonel Rafael C Rodriguez (PC) founded/established the camp during his time in 1951 to 1953. Thus, the Camp named after him, in great recognition and honor.

SIX (6) SMALL CIRCLES CONTAINING DIFFERENT SEALS: Symbolizes the five (5) Police Provincial Offices and One (1) City Police Office, namely:

1.  Agusan del Norte Police Provincial Office;

2.  Agusan del Sur Police Provincial Office;

3.  Surigao del Norte Police Provincial Office;

4.  Surigao del Sur Police Provincial Office;

5.  Dinagat Islands Police Provincial Office; and

6.  Butuan City Police Office.

MAP: The CARAGA Administrative Region Map. (The newly-constituted region in the country, located in Northeastern Mindanao, with a total land area of 21,470.83 sq. km. It is being called the CARAGA Administrative Region, by virtue of R.A. 7901 signed by President Fidel V. Ramos on 23 February 1995 in Malacañang Palace, Manila. It consists the City of Butuan; the Provinces of Agusan del Norte; Agusan del Sur; Surigao del Norte; Surigao del Sur; and Dinagat Islands.
